Shipping Location Restriction and Method
I ship merchandise within the continental United States only. I do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, including Canada.
All orders are shipped using UPS Ground.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and other applicable UPS charges for each package. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount charged to the buyer for shipping that order.
I will use reasonably economical packaging and shipping methods while taking appropriate care to protect merchandise during transit.
One Item Per Shipment
For the protection of both the buyer and the merchandise, multiple purchased items will not be combined into a single shipment. Each item will be packaged and shipped separately.
This policy is intended to reduce the potential loss or damage associated with shipping multiple items together.
Shipping Protection and Declared Value
For any item with a purchase price over $100, additional shipment protection is required. The buyer is responsible for the additional cost associated with obtaining coverage above UPS’s standard $100 liability.
The appropriate declared value or other available shipment protection will be arranged when the package is shipped.
UPS’s terms and conditions govern claims for loss or damage during shipment.
UPS Shipping Addresses
UPS requires a valid street address for delivery. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
I am not responsible for delays caused by UPS or circumstances beyond my control.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered because the buyer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise invalid address, the buyer is responsible for any additional charges resulting from:
– address correction;
– redirecting the package;
– additional delivery attempts;
– returning the package to the seller; or
– reshipping the merchandise to a corrected address.
Any such additional charges must be paid by the buyer before the merchandise is reshipped.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to me because it cannot be delivered, the buyer is responsible for any applicable return shipping charges and any additional shipping charges required to resend the merchandise.
Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, the buyer will receive UPS tracking information via email when available.
UPS controls the actual delivery schedule. Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, operating conditions, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package and its contents promptly after delivery.
If a package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and all packing materials and contact me as soon as possible. UPS may require inspection of the package and contents when processing a damage claim.
For a lost or damaged shipment, I will cooperate with the buyer in pursuing any applicable UPS claim or other shipment-protection claim. Claims are subject to the carrier’s applicable terms, conditions, and deadlines.
Final Word
I regret that, due to complex issues involving tariffs and past challenges with international shipping, I cannot make exceptions to my restriction limiting shipments to the continental United States.
