Refund and Returns Policy


I only accept returns if an item was incorrectly described or I conveyed incorrect or inaccurate information. Buyers accept that items were previously used and worn, and may show dirt, wear, or indications of normal use (sometimes called “wear and tear.”) All items are sold “as is” without a warranty.

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I will not offer you a refund.


To be eligible for a refund when an item is returned, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. You must write to me for a return authorization and explain why you want to return it for a refund. Do not return a package without a return authorization.

Shipping returns

To return your product, contact me to receive a return shipping label. I only accept returns via UPS.

Shipping costs for me to send item(s) to you are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as processing fees I was charged if you used a credit card, PayPal, or other electronic payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and what the amount will be. I will include a detailed description of how I computed the refund amount.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note, it may take up to five business days for a refund to appear as a credit on your statement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.


I do not exchange items for another. All of my boots and gear are “as-is.”
